Tom Wopat, the Lodi native who gained television fame on “The Dukes of Hazzard” as well as a Tony Award nomination for his work in the musical “Annie Get Your Gun,” will return to the Al. Ringling Theatre. Wopat is also serving as the grand marshal of the 2014 Big Top Parade through downtown Baraboo on Saturday, July 26. Baraboo’s Circus Celebration features a wonderful selection of activities from the Concerts on the Square July 24, to the Sunday Market and classic car show on Sunday the 27th, with Tom Wopat’s Friday concert and Saturday parade appearance as the centerpieces. His best-known stage role is that of Frank Butler in “Annie Get Your Gun.” Butler, along with Annie Oakley, performed as sharpshooters in Buffalo Bill’s Wild
