Welcome to Baraboo’s Historic Al. Ringling Theatre

Built in 1915, this beautifully restored theatre is a live performance, music and film venue.  Created with the intention of providing Baraboo with a multi-purpose entertainment facility, the Al. Ringling Theater Friends purchased the historic theatre in 1989. Today ART Friends carries on Al. Ringling’s legacy, striving to develop the facility as a premier cultural center offering diverse local, regional and national cultural programs. Please check back often with updated event info, tours, and other happenings throughout the year!

Our 1:30pm dailys tours start Tuesday, May 29 and run through September!

Tours are 1 hour long and include the auditorium, dressing rooms, ladies retiring room, A.R.T. Gallery  and Al. Ringling’s personal Box Seat. Photos are allowed (cellphone, non professional) inside the theatre.
